Monisha Melwani Jewelry offers shipping on all continental US states for a fee of $25. The fee is included due to the insurance policy via UPS. All items will be sent via UPS unless otherwise specified. Most items ship within 48 hours, unless the item is out of stock.
We try to maintain our website with currently featured items that are available in inventory. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, this is not always possible. If the piece you are interested in is out of stock, we will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date, and you can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of such notice. If you choose to go forward with your order, it will be final sale. Please email us to inquire about the status of your purchase or any additional questions that you might have. email@example.com
Most items ship immediately, provided the item(s) is in stock. If an item(s) is sold out or on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. All orders placed for production will take 4-6 weeks to receive. You will receive an email once your order ships with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Please not that once the production process has started you will have 24 hours to cancel. Contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for orders cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We at Monisha Melwani Inc want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns are permitted within 7 days from the delivery date. Returns are available for credit or exchange, excluding all shipping fees. You are responsible for all the shipping costs for return and exchanges, unless we have sent an item in error. All special orders are final, including alterations requested by customer. The jewelry must be in the same condition as it was purchased in order for it to be accepted for a return.

Please note once a custom order has been confirmed this item is final sale. To cancel a custom order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
At Monisha Melwani Jewelry our utmost concern is the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry pieces. However, jewelry by nature is delicate. Pricing for repairs vary depending on the style. To request a repair please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and photo of the item you wish to repair.
All orders shipped within the state of Florida will be charged the tax rate of 7%. All orders shipped outside the state of Florida as well as internationally will not be charged sales tax.
