We Offer Free UPS Ground Shipping for U.S. Orders

Please allow up to 1-5 days for shipping processing. We offer UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air for expedited shipping.

Back Orders 

We try to maintain our website with currently featured items that are available in inventory. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, this is not always possible. If the piece you are interested in is out of stock, we will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date, and you can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of such notice. If you choose to go forward with your order, it will be final sale. Please email us to inquire about the status of your purchase or any additional questions that you might have hello@monishamelwani.com.

Orders

Most items ship immediately, provided the item(s) is in stock. If an item(s) is sold out or on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. All orders placed for production will take 4-6 weeks to receive. You will receive an email once your order ships with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Please not that once the production process has started you will have 24 hours to cancel. Contact us directly at hello@monishamelwani.com with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for orders cancelled once they have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We at Monisha Melwani Jewelry want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns are permitted within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns are available for store credit or exchange, excluding all shipping fees. There is a flat rate return shipping fee of $10. All sale or custom orders are final, including alterations requested by the customer. The jewelry must be in the same condition as it was purchased in order for it to be accepted for a return.

 Custom Orders

Monisha Melwani Jewelry accepts requests for custom orders. Please email us at hello@monishamelwani.com with questions about your request and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note once a custom order has been confirmed this item is final sale. To cancel a custom order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Repairs

At Monisha Melwani Jewelry our utmost concern is the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry pieces. However, jewelry by nature is delicate. Pricing for repairs vary depending on the style. To request a repair please email us at hello@monishamelwani.com with your original order number and photo of the item you wish to repair.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within the state of Florida will be charged the tax rate of 7%. All orders shipped outside the state of Florida as well as internationally will not be charged sales tax.
