The Vault Rewards

To create an account, simply visit our website and click on the pop-up panel in the right bottom corner and select the “Join" button. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and create a password. Once registered, you’ll be able to log in and start earning points as part of our Rewards Program.

Here are the steps to redeem your points:

Log in to your account on the website.

Click the Rewards button or the pop-up (Rewards launcher) to open the rewards panel.

Select “Ways to Redeem” and click “View” next to the Order Discount reward.

Choose how many points you’d like to redeem (in increments of 2,500).

Click “Redeem” to proceed with your selected points.

Copy the reward code provided to use at checkout, or click “Apply Code” to automatically apply the discount to your order.

Here’s how your points add up:

2,500 points = $25 off

5,000 points = $50 off

7,500 points = $75 off

...up to 50,000 points = $500 off

You can earn points by making purchases on our website. For every dollar spent, you earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Additionally, you can earn bonus points by participating in special promotions or completing actions like referring friends or sharing your purchases on social media.

Points must be redeemed in increments of 2,500 points, from a minimum of 2,500 points up to 50,000 points per order.

Unfortunately, rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes. Only one discount or reward can be applied per order.

Yes, you will still earn points on the non-discounted portion of your order. Even when you redeem points for a discount, you can continue to accumulate more points based on the remaining amount of your purchase.

To use the Rewards App, simply download and log in with your account credentials. Once logged in, you’ll be able to track your points, view available rewards, and redeem your points directly from the app. You’ll also be able to check your transaction history and stay updated on any special offers or promotions.

You can view your points balance and rewards exclusively through the pop-up panel available on the Loyalty Club page.

The Smile Points pop-up uses Shopify’s login system but sometimes may not immediately detect your login status. Refresh the page or try accessing the pop-up again. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or contact support.

Yes! The pop-up is mobile-responsive and works on smartphones and tablets through the Loyalty Club page or the designated rewards buttons on the site.
